Danny Acosta is a Chicano writer from the San Francisco Bay Area's Mission District. He was the first in his family to complete a four-university run, including a semester at Oxford, and while still editing a section of his college newspaper, he was published on ESPN.com
After creating multimedia for a decade, Acosta’s first feature film script — co-written with Paul Telfer — “Green Rush” was made independently and then distributed by Lionsgate. Acosta continues writing and is directing music videos, and photographing artists, the arts, and culture.
